Can lying Head-Down or herbal medicine save lives in severe pneumonia?

Summary
This study tests whether adding a head-down tilt position or a traditional Chinese herbal formula to standard hospital care can lower the risk of death in people with severe pneumonia who need a breathing machine. About 1,500 adults in ICUs across China will take part. The main goal is to see if these extra treatments help more people survive at 28 days.
