Summary
This large study aims to see if adding one of two treatments to standard hospital care can help adults with severe pneumonia who are on breathing machines. Researchers will test whether lying patients in a specific head-down position or giving them a tailored herbal medicine formula lowers the risk of death within 28 days. The goal is to find better ways to control this serious condition and improve recovery.
