New Alzheimer's drug shows promise in Early-Stage trial

Summary
This study tests a new medicine called PMN310 in people with early Alzheimer's disease. The goal is to see if it is safe and how it affects Alzheimer's-related changes in the body. About 144 volunteers will receive multiple doses of the drug or a placebo. This is an early-phase trial, so the main focus is safety and dosing, not yet a cure.
