Summary

This study looks at how an online training program called PLUS affects listening and thinking skills in adults who struggle to hear in noisy places. Researchers will test whether making the training easier or harder changes how much people improve. About 120 adults will train for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for two weeks, and then share their experiences in focus groups.
