Summary
This study tested a parenting program called Naungan Kasih that uses a chatbot, in-person teacher sessions, and WhatsApp groups to help parents of 4-6 year olds in Malaysia play and learn with their children. 208 parents took part to see which combination of tools worked best. The goal was to improve positive parenting and child learning, while reducing abuse.
