NCT ID NCT07353697
Summary
This study is testing whether different types of play can help children feel less anxious and have fewer symptoms like pain after surgery. Researchers are comparing three methods—finger puppet play, virtual reality glasses, and smartphone games—for kids aged 6 to 12 having planned surgery. The goal is to find non-drug ways to make the hospital experience easier for children and their families.
