New injection may smooth neck bands in major trial

Summary
This study tests an injection called NT 201 (a type of botulinum toxin) against a placebo in 300 adults with moderate to severe neck band prominence. The goal is to see if it safely reduces the appearance of these bands. Participants will be followed for several weeks, and those who complete the main study may join an extension phase.
