First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests an injection called NT 201 (a type of botulinum toxin) to see if it safely reduces the appearance of prominent neck bands (platysma prominence) in adults. About 300 people with moderate to severe neck bands will receive either NT 201 or a placebo. The goal is to improve the look of the neck when muscles contract.
