Summary

This study tests whether adding targeted radiation or surgery to all visible cancer spots (up to 5) improves outcomes for men with prostate cancer that has spread to a few places. About 400 men with hormone-sensitive prostate cancer are randomly assigned to get either standard hormone therapy alone or standard therapy plus local ablative treatment. The goal is to see if this aggressive approach delays cancer progression.
