Zapping every spot: new hope for men with early spread prostate cancer?

Summary
This study looks at whether adding focused radiation or surgery to all visible cancer sites, on top of usual hormone therapy, can delay cancer growth in men whose prostate cancer has spread to just a few places (up to 5 spots). About 409 men took part. The goal is to see if this aggressive local treatment improves how long the cancer stays under control compared to standard care alone.
