Summary
This study tests whether platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or corticosteroid injections work better for different types of shoulder tendon problems after surgery. About 387 adults with rotator cuff tears will receive one of three treatments. The goal is to find the best way to ease pain and improve shoulder function.
