Summary

This study tests whether adding platelet-rich plasma and a long-acting painkiller to standard steroid injections during shoulder surgery can reduce pain and improve function. About 70 adults with torn rotator cuffs and shoulder stiffness will be followed for 12 months after surgery. The goal is to find a better way to manage post-surgery pain and help patients recover faster.
