Summary

This study tested whether platelet-rich plasma (PRP) can treat androgenetic alopecia, a common form of hair loss. Thirty adults with moderate to severe hair loss received PRP injections. Researchers measured hair amount and follicle density using a dermoscope and MRI to see if the treatment worked.
