New shot aims to speed blood recovery after cancer transplant
NCT ID NCT07321626
Summary
This study is testing if a weekly injection called Romiplostim N01 can help platelets recover faster after a stem cell transplant for blood cancers like leukemia. About 130 patients will be randomly assigned to receive either the new drug or standard care, and researchers will track how quickly their platelet counts rise. The goal is to reduce bleeding risk and improve recovery after this intensive treatment.
