Blood plasma trial offers hope for brain injury patients

Summary
This study is testing whether adding fresh frozen plasma (FFP) to standard emergency care helps people recover better from moderate to severe traumatic brain injuries. Researchers will compare patients receiving standard care alone to those who also get two units of FFP shortly after hospital arrival. They'll measure safety and track recovery at 24 hours, 3 months, and 6 months to see if the plasma treatment improves outcomes.
