New blood test could spot dangerous prostate cancer early

Summary
This study aims to see if a blood test that looks for genetic material called exoRNA can accurately diagnose clinically significant prostate cancer. Researchers will enroll 1700 men with high PSA levels or other signs of prostate cancer. The goal is to find a less invasive way to detect serious prostate cancer compared to standard biopsies.
