Summary
This study is for people with advanced bladder or urinary tract cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard treatments. Researchers want to see if a procedure called therapeutic plasma exchange—which filters certain proteins from the blood—can help patients respond better when they try certain cancer drugs again. The trial will compare this new combination approach to other standard treatment options to see which is more effective.
