New study tests which therapy works best for heel pain

Summary

This study compares two treatments for plantar fasciitis, a common cause of heel pain. About 56 adults with heel pain for at least 6 weeks will receive either instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization or manual massage. Researchers will measure pain, daily function, and walking ability to see which approach works better.
