New study tests better way to inject heel pain medication

Summary
This study compares two methods of giving steroid injections for plantar fasciitis (heel pain). Researchers want to see if using ultrasound guidance to place the injection works better than using standard anatomical landmarks. The study will measure pain relief and quality of life improvements in 62 adults with persistent heel pain.
