Can a Plant-Based pill be the answer to your sleepless nights?
NCT ID NCT07461402
Summary
This study tested whether a daily supplement containing plant protein and two herbs (ashwagandha and rhodiola) could help improve sleep. One hundred middle-aged adults with sleep problems took either the real supplement or a look-alike placebo for 30 days. Researchers measured changes in sleep quality using daily questionnaires and checked body composition to see if the supplement was safe and effective.
