Summary
This study tested whether plant-based health and wellness products could help reduce common symptoms of perimenopause. It involved 900 women in the United States who were experiencing perimenopause. Participants were randomly assigned to receive either the plant-based products or a placebo (inactive product) for 13 weeks, and they reported on their symptoms like sleep issues, anxiety, and anger.
