Summary
This study aims to understand how eating more plant-based foods during pregnancy affects both the mother's health and the baby's development. Researchers will follow 670 pregnant women in France, tracking their diets and measuring various health markers throughout pregnancy and after birth. The goal is to gather information about potential benefits or concerns of plant-focused diets during this important time.
