NCT ID NCT05175248
Summary
This study is testing whether following a low-fat, plant-based diet for 12 weeks can help reduce pain and improve quality of life for women with endometriosis. Researchers will compare 120 women who either follow this special diet or continue their usual eating habits. The main goals are to see if the diet reduces pain levels, improves daily life, and lowers body-wide inflammation.
