Summary
This study will test a specially designed oat-based drink in 70 adults aged 60-80. The drink contains vitamins, zinc, and other nutrients to improve immune function and reduce inflammation. Participants will consume the beverage regularly, and researchers will measure changes in blood markers of inflammation and immune health. The goal is to help older adults stay healthier as they age.
