Summary

This study compares three different surgical approaches for managing placenta accreta, a serious pregnancy condition where the placenta grows too deeply into the uterine wall. The goal is to find which method causes the least blood loss during delivery. The study will include 42 pregnant women diagnosed with placenta accreta.
