Summary

This study looked at how the drug Palynziq, which lowers phenylalanine levels in the blood, affects the brain and thinking skills in adults with PKU. Six participants had brain scans and took thinking and language tests after at least three months of treatment. The goal was to understand if reducing phenylalanine improves brain structure and function.
