New safety check for rare genetic disorder treatment

Summary

This study is checking the long-term safety of a medication called pitolisant for people with Prader-Willi syndrome, a rare genetic disorder. It's open to about 150 participants who have already taken pitolisant in previous related studies. Researchers will monitor participants every six months to track any side effects from continued use of the medication.
