New RA drug PIT565 enters early human safety testing

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called PIT565 in people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and how the body processes it. About 57 adults with RA will take part. The study is open-label, meaning everyone knows they are getting the drug, and doses will be increased gradually.
