Summary

This study is testing if snacking on pistachios changes how the bodies of healthy overweight adults burn fuel (like fat and carbs) when resting, exercising, and recovering. Researchers will compare four days of eating pistachios to four days of normal eating habits in 60 participants. They will also check if the pistachios affect diet quality, sleep, and daily activity levels.
