First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 29, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding pirtobrutinib to venetoclax could clear remaining cancer cells in people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) who still had detectable disease after venetoclax alone. Only 3 adults took part before the trial was stopped early. The goal was to see if the combination could make cancer undetectable in the blood.
