Summary
This study tested whether a gel containing piroxicam plus warming/cooling ingredients works as well as two other common anti-inflammatory gels for muscle, bone, and joint pain. 180 adults aged 18-60 with conditions like ankle sprain or back pain used one of three gels for about 6 days. Researchers measured pain relief using a standard questionnaire to compare effectiveness and safety.
