Summary
This study checks how accurate common physical exams and diagnostic criteria are for piriformis syndrome, a condition causing buttock pain. Researchers will test 75 adults with gluteal pain using standard exams, then confirm the diagnosis with an ultrasound-guided injection. The goal is to improve diagnosis and avoid misdiagnosis.
