Summary

This study tested a small, silicone vaginal device called the Pippa Fitness Pessary to see if it could safely reduce urine leakage in women with stress incontinence. Participants used the device at home and tracked their leaks, comparing results to when they weren't using it. The goal was to see if the device could cut leakage in half and improve quality of life.
