Summary
This early-phase study tests a new method called PIPAC that turns chemotherapy into a pressurized mist to treat cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdomen. It is for people with advanced gastrointestinal cancers who cannot have standard surgery. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it can help control the disease and improve quality of life.
