Summary
This study looked at whether taking pine bark extract can help healthy, active people feel less tired during and after hard exercise. Fourteen adults who exercise regularly took the supplement and did intense cycling. Researchers measured how long they could keep going and checked blood markers of inflammation and stress. The goal was to see if pine bark extract could improve endurance and speed up recovery.
