Summary
This study looked at whether taking pine bark extract can help healthy adults feel less tired during intense cycling and recover faster. Fourteen people with at least three years of regular exercise took part. Researchers measured how long they could cycle before exhaustion and checked markers of inflammation and oxidative stress in their blood.
