Summary
This study tested a drug called pimavanserin to see if it safely reduces hallucinations and delusions in people with Parkinson's disease. 248 adults aged 40 and older with Parkinson's-related psychosis took either the drug or a placebo for 43 days. The goal was to measure how much their symptoms improved.
