New web app aims to improve Long-Term care for hypospadias patients

Summary
This study is testing a new web-based tool called the Care Planning Tool for people who have had surgery to correct hypospadias. About 20 males aged 5 to 65 will use the tool to answer questions about their health and well-being. The goal is to see if the tool is easy to use and helpful for creating personalized care plans.
