New web app aims to improve Follow-Up care for hypospadias patients

Summary
This study is testing a new web-based tool to help men and boys who had surgery for hypospadias track their long-term health. About 20 participants will use the Care Planning Tool to answer questions about bladder, sexual, and mental health. The goal is to see if the tool is easy to use and helpful for both patients and doctors.
