Teddy bear pillow aims to soothe Kids' surgery fears
NCT ID NCT07475975
Summary
This study is testing whether a specially designed pillow can help children feel less anxious and more comfortable after surgery for a broken arm. The pillow combines a sling, an elevation cushion, and a cooling pack in a child-friendly teddy bear design. Researchers will compare kids using this pillow to kids receiving standard hospital care to see if it makes a difference in their recovery experience.
