Can pilates supercharge your back pain relief?
NCT ID NCT07281183
Summary
This study tested whether adding Reformer Pilates exercises to standard manual therapy works better for women with long-term low back pain. Forty women were split into two groups: one received manual therapy once a week, and the other received the same therapy plus Pilates twice a week for eight weeks. Researchers measured changes in pain, flexibility, strength, and daily function to see which approach was more helpful.
