Summary
This study tested whether Pilates or core stability exercises better ease fibromyalgia symptoms like pain and balance. Thirty women aged 35-65 with fibromyalgia took part. Researchers used objective tests (pain sensitivity, balance) instead of just questionnaires to compare the two exercise approaches.
