Summary

This study aims to see if specific exercise programs can help people with long-term low back pain who also have trouble sleeping. Researchers will compare three groups: one doing Pilates plus resistance training, one doing Pilates alone, and a group receiving general advice only. The goal is to find out which approach best reduces pain, improves daily function, and enhances sleep quality over 8 weeks of training.
