First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding special neck exercises to Pilates reformer workouts helps improve balance in women aged 30-49 who use computers a lot and have had neck or back pain. Thirty women were split into three groups: one did both neck training and Pilates, one did only Pilates, and one did nothing new. Their balance was measured before and after the training period.
