Pilates study asks: is twice a week as good as three times?
NCT ID NCT07498790
Summary
This study tested whether doing Pilates two days a week or three days a week leads to better results when the total number of sessions is the same. Researchers enrolled 51 women with overweight or obesity to compare the two schedules over several months. They measured changes in daily movement, balance, body measurements, pain, and quality of life.
