Summary

This study is testing whether an 8-week mat Pilates program can improve body awareness and physical activity levels in sedentary women aged 18-29. Researchers will compare 27 women doing Pilates with 27 women who don't exercise. The goal is to see if this gentle exercise helps women feel more connected to their bodies and become more active during this transitional life stage.
