Pilates prescribed for Post-Baby back pain

Summary
This study is testing whether a Pilates exercise program can help new mothers who have been experiencing low back pain for more than three months after giving birth. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, daily function, and quality of life in about 48 women. The goal is to see if this specific type of exercise provides a safe and effective way to manage this common postpartum discomfort.
