Summary
This study explores whether Pilates-based exercises can reduce pain and improve daily life for adults with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome or hypermobility spectrum disorder. Researchers will enroll 100 participants to see if the program is practical and helpful. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to manage symptoms.
