Summary
This study looked at whether doing clinical Pilates exercises for six weeks could help adults with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). 33 people took part in supervised sessions three times a week. The goal was to see if Pilates could reduce symptoms like heartburn, improve posture and balance, and boost quality of life.
