Gentle exercise trial offers hope for dialysis Patients' painful nights
NCT ID NCT07181746
Summary
This study will test whether a Pilates exercise program can help older adults undergoing regular dialysis. Researchers want to see if the exercises reduce the severity of restless leg syndrome and improve patients' ability to move and their feelings about their own physical abilities. They will compare 100 participants split into two groups: one doing Pilates and one receiving only routine hospital care.
